SYNTHESIS OF CARBON QUANTUM DOTS WITH HYDROTHERMAL AND SOLVOTHERMAL METHOD APPLICATION FOR INFORMATION ENCRYPTION

چکیده
The objective of this work was comparing the optical performance hydrothermally and solvothermal synthesized unique florescent carbon quantum dots (FCQDs) from organic material use it as a fluorescent ink for one significant information encryption applications. goji berry sucrose were used source experiment. FCQDs obtained by simple hydrothermal methods using water, isopropanol acetone solvent. crystal structure properties are investigated. all amorphous phases. maximum emission CDs found at 465 nm when excited 386 nm. potential compared best result dot that with solution.
